Take a Bite, Inc. ("Take a Bite", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

This includes your name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses, and payment information (stored securely via our payment processor — we never store full card numbers). We also collect information automatically when you use our app, including device identifiers, IP address, app usage data, and location data (with your permission) to enable delivery tracking and show nearby restaurants.

We share your information only as necessary to operate our service: Restaurants: We share your name, delivery address, and order details with the restaurant fulfilling your order. Delivery drivers: We share your first name, delivery address, and phone number (for contact purposes only) with the driver assigned to your order. Payment processors: We use industry-standard payment processors who handle your payment data under their own privacy and security policies. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Order history is retained for 3 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app or by contacting us.
